Benton County Residents Directory is a privately run reference to Arkansas public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections. It is not affiliated with Benton County, any court, agency, library, or custodian, and it does not host government records.
2. Acceptable Use
Use is limited to lawful purposes. Neither the service nor information reached through it may be used to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
Benton County Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Content here and results from linked tools are not consumer reports and cannot support any FCRA-regulated decision.
4. Outside Services
Government portals, sponsored search tools, and other outside services set their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, fees, or handling of data.
