A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. Aggregate patterns help maintain the service and show which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
Technical data supports operation, error repair, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Benton County and Arkansas portals, libraries, archives, and outside search providers. Information submitted there is governed by that service's privacy policy. The same rule applies to sponsored results delivered by an outside company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support vendors process server logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Data is otherwise disclosed only when valid legal process requires it.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects traffic in transit, and logs are retained only as long as the stated purposes require. Because this service has no accounts, it keeps no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to inspect, correct, or delete site-held data vary by residence. No general Arkansas data-broker deletion or universal opt-out statute was confirmed; 2025 Act 597 concerns specified drone imagery rather than broad deletion rights. We can search our contact mailbox and server logs for a request sent through the Contact page. Arkansas state, Benton County, and city records remain under their custodians' control.
